Kumar is an ex Apple engineer and has over 12 years of experience working on cutting edge technologies and products. Kumar found his passion in real estate in 2016 and since then, has built a portfolio of over 200 apartments  in under 3 years. Kumar believes financial education is extremely important  to everyone and multifamily real estate is a time tested income producing asset class that can build lasting wealth. Kumar has built expertise finding right multifamily deals as well as overseeing the operations of all assets under Zovest umbrella. Kumar is  an expert at implementing processes and systems to efficiently manage assets ensuring  maximum returns to investors and providing excellent living experience to residents. Kumar is also an expert at deal structuring (both debt and equity) as well as stress testing deals under various economic assumptions. Kumar lives with his wife and daughter in Dallas, Texas.
